After heading north, but before the regular season started, the Blue Jays hosted the Red Sox for two exhibition Spring Training games at Montreal’s Olympic Stadium. In what would be David Ortiz’s final career spring training game, he hit this ball for his final career spring training hit, a Double in the top of the fourth inning. This double traveled to the wall in right field where it was fielded by Jose Bautista. After reaching second base, Ortiz was removed for a pinch-runner. In the final tune-up game before the regular season, the Red Sox beat the Blue Jays 7-4.
